As a student of Crescent University I have experienced several Dispense cash errors with trying to get cash from the ATM Machine i have been stranded several times Because I could not withdraw cash from the ATM stand and which I discovered was common with other students too and which we are not happy about and would like a change for , initially there are 3 ATM stands inside campus made available for cash withdrawal.
However on several occasions where students will want to make use of cash to buy food, Make photocopies, Print out and soo on, they are denied the opportunity to make use of cash to carry out these activities.
A complaint was made to the Dean of students affairs Professor Abdulkareem about these faults of which he requested for students to be patient for a solution will be provided.
By the beginning of the next semester another Atm stand was built to help increase the circulation of cash on campus. And for a while there was regular flow of cash amongst students on campus.
Even though there was a solution provided still it wasn’t enough then it was suggested by students that enough amount of cash should be deposited into the ATM machine by the banks so as to eradicate this problem totally. Presently we await the final solution.
