Radiance magazine is a general interest magazine that features articles and stories from different areas. A school publication from Mass Communication Department of Crescent University Abeokuta, that serves as a training ground for students and in partial fulfilment of requirements in magazine production. It also serves the  purpose of being a practical magazine for aspiring journalists who are delving into the world of print media. The publication reflects the creativity and enthusiasm of students through various articles in the magazine.

 Crescent University Abeokuta is well known for her great accomplishments in cultivating, developing potential and  qualified law graduates who went further to make first class at Law School as well as uplifting the name of the school Proprietor Prince Bola Ajibola,  (SAN, KBE, D.LITT, LLD, FCIARB, FNIALS, CFR). Haliru Ummideen discussed with Dean of Law, Prof. Momodu Kassim-Momodu to find out why.

Tiktok has had a great increase in the number of people opening an account on the social media platform. This is due to the COVID-19 lockdown in Nigeria, many Nigerians who had to stay home to prevent the spread of the virus has joined Tiktok to increase productivity as well as of course eliminating boredom. Radiance magazine’s Idowu Haliyah and Owolabi Ammatu-Muiz discuss with an upcoming Tiktoker about Tiktok.

In Ogun State capital, Abeokuta, Randa is a popular town which is known for being named after a roundabout, many are not aware of the reason why it is called so. Radiance magazine Owolabi Ammatu-Muiz, Adekitan Adenike and Kareem Oyindamola visits the Baale of Opara to find out.

“If symptoms persists, consult your doctor” is a famous writing displayed on drugs leaflets for their consumers. The question is how much do people really know about their health nowadays where everyone wants to be fit and healthy. Being healthy doesn’t just mean eating more at the table or exercising everyday and eating less. In the health section, Radiance magazine correspondents explains the meaning of a healthy living.

The state of sports in Crescent University Abeokuta, has always been active as students of the school tend to lay more emphasis on sporting activities which reflected in how the students of the school participated in the Neymar Five-A-Side tournament which took place at the school stadium.
