Kehinde Adekunjo’s Passion for Teaching Earns Student Recognition
Mr Kehinde Adekunjo, a lecturer at the Department of Mass Communication department, Crescent University Abeokuta has been recognised by the Mass Communication Students Association, MACOSA, for his dedication to duty.
Receiving the award of recognition of service at an event held within the school Premises, Mr Adekunjo expressed excitement for being honoured professionally as Staff Advisor for the students.
” I’m very happy that it’s coming from my students. I never saw it coming. Nobody told me about it. So I felt it’s based on their own calculation, their own evaluation of me, I thank them and I’m very happy for having them”
He noted that the award would enable him to continue to discharge his responsibility with renewed rigour and determination.
“Having this award will prompt me to do more of what I’ve been doing.
That means whatever I’ve been doing, people are watching. And some people are seeing it, which brought about this recognition. I guess I’ll put in more effort into whatever I’ve been doing.
That will make them see, deem it worthy of giving me this” he concluded
