Crescent University Abeokuta Gears Up for NPUGA with confidence

The 66 contingents from Crescent University Abeokuta have arrived in Babcock University Ilisan for the Nigeria Private University Games Association, NPUGA.

The team which comprises athletes to feature in different sporting events at the games alongside their coaches left the premises of the institution around 2pm with high hopes and determination.

Athletes from the Crescent University will participate in Football, Athletics, Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis and Badminton at the competition expected to begin on Thursday, 14th August, 2025.

Head coach of the football team, Mr Abimbola Ademola said the athletes are determined to put up a good performance during the competition.

Coach Ademola who cited their impressive performances at recent events that involved other tertiary institutions, said the would remain focused towards bringing laurels for the school which is known for academic excellence.
