Have you ever wondered about the phases of life?
Is it because we are overwhelmed by the magnitude of our existence? Or are we confined to our potential experience? What do we expect from these experiences? Pleasure or pain?
We forgot that strictly pursuing our own pleasures and avoiding pains can cause trouble. Why is that pain and pleasure are no longer the basis of our value?
Nothing is done for its own sake, you can’t live your entire life this way. The most precious and important things in life cannot be bargained with this way. Attempting to do so destroys than develops.
Do you think you are not being guided by the rules of happiness? Do you think this is preventing from being happy? This mindset makes people to remain cripple and alone in their emotional world.
This will make us understand that life is far more complicated than simply pursuing one’s pleasure and avoiding pain.
It’s clear, then, that we can’t absolutely trust subjective interpretation of our actions, and vastly overestimate how noble and selfless we are.Thought our thoughts could be deceptive, interpretation can be changed or forgotten, but actions are permanent. But when the action becomes purely psychological, an experience that exists solely with our own consciousness, the relationship between effort and reward becomes inverted.
We should understand that nobody has the true definition of life. We should stop complicating things for ourselves, live freely, be good and honest; trust me, you will taste the sweetness and joy of life.
