The Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) orientation programme was held at the Bola Ajibola Auditorium of Crescent University. The programme started at 10:00 a.m. and ended at 12:00 p.m. It was organized to prepare students for their industrial training and to explain the rules, expectations, and benefits of the SIWES programme. 
The orientation was attended by students from different departments of the university. Representatives from each department were also present to guide and support their students throughout the programme.
Representatives from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), Miss Cynthia and Mrs. Bolanle Ajibola, attended the programme as guest facilitators. They educated the students on the purpose of SIWES, the importance of gaining practical work experience, workplace ethics, and the proper way to complete the SIWES logbook and other required documents. They also encouraged students to be punctual, hardworking, and professional during their industrial attachment.

- The programme also featured an interactive question-and-answer session, during which students asked questions about placement, supervision, documentation, and assessment. The ITF representatives and departmental representatives provided clear answers and guidance to help students prepare for a successful SIWES experience.
The SIWES orientation ended at 12:00 p.m. after equipping students with the knowledge and confidence needed for their industrial training. The programme was informative, engaging, and served as an important step in preparing students for the practical aspect of their academic journey.
